The HHC team took to the Irish seas last Friday, and kayaked out to Dalkey Island from Bullock Harbour. The island is home to a nineteenth century martello tower and gun battery, and the small ruined medieval church of St Benedict.

HHC previously completed a conservation report on the martello tower and other historic structures on Dalkey Island.
